Non-Refundable Rate Policy:

By booking our non-refundable rates or packages, you acknowledge and accept that your booking is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled after 24 hours of booking your reservation; 100% of the total stay value is due at the time of booking; reservation is NON-TRANSFERABLE.  A reservation modification may be done up to 30 days prior to arrival; however, you will be responsible to pay the rate difference at the time of the change. All reservations changes will be based on availability and dates cannot be guaranteed. Any non-refundable reservations that are booked under a promotional campaign will be recalculated at the current promotional campaign being offered at the time of the reservation modification. If the stay total is less than what was originally paid from when your reservation was originally created, that amount will remain non-refundable. It’s highly recommended that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance to protect your vacation in the event of an emergency. Non-Refundable rates or packages may be discontinued at any time without notice.

Guestbook Policy:

Guests must be registered with The Guestbook before making their reservation to receive any discounts or services.

Checkout Policy:

All incidental charges incurred during the stay must be paid at checkout. A late checkout penalty will apply if guests overstay the designated checkout time.

Room Only Reservations

Reservation Deposit Policy:

For all room-only reservations made more than 30 days before travel, a one-night deposit will be due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days before arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• At Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort, Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, and Divi Southwinds Beach Resort, room-only reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 30 days before arrival. If canceled less than 30 days before arrival, a one-night room charge and applicable taxes will be forfeited.
• At Divi Flamingo Beach Resort, Divi Little Bay Beach Resort, and Oceans at Divi Little Bay, free cancellations are available up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a two-night room charge and taxes.
• Airfare cancellations are not included in these policies and are subject to airline terms and conditions. Divi Resorts is not responsible for changes in airfare pricing.

No-Show Policy:

• At Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort, Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, and Divi Southwinds Beach Resort, if you fail to show up for your reservation, a one-night penalty per reservation will be charged.
• At Divi Flamingo Beach Resort, Divi Little Bay Beach Resort, and Oceans at Divi Little Bay, if you fail to show up for your reservation, a two-night penalty per reservation will be charged.

Change Policy:

Reservations may be changed without incurring additional fees, but if the new reservation falls outside of promotional dates or occurs during peak travel periods, you will be responsible for the price difference.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit a two-night room charge and taxes.
• Airfare cancellations are not included in these policies and are subject to the airline’s policies. Divi Resorts is not responsible for changes in airfare pricing.

All-Inclusive Kids Stay & Eat Free Policy:

• When traveling through December 20, 2024: Kids 12 and under stay and eat free for each paying adult when an all-inclusive plan is booked at participating Divi Resorts. There is a limit of one child per adult in the room based on double occupancy, with a maximum of two children per room. Additional children will incur applicable child pricing. This promotion ends on December 20, 2024.
• Kid’s Stay & Eat Free Policy at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort and Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort: For these properties only, the Kids Twelve and Under Stay and Eat Free program is only available when an all-inclusive plan is booked at the time of the initial reservation. If you book a room-only reservation and then upgrade to an all-inclusive plan either via the call center or the front desk upon check-in, only children 2 and under will be eligible for the stay and eat free benefit. All-inclusive add-on pricing can be confirmed by contacting the call center at 1-800-367-3484 before arrival or asking at the front desk during check-in. This promotion ends on December 20, 2024.
• From December 21, 2024 to December 19, 2025: Kids 2 and under stay and eat free for each paying adult when an all-inclusive plan is booked at participating Divi Resorts. There is a limit of one child per adult in the room based on double occupancy, with a maximum of two children per room. Additional children will incur applicable child pricing. This promotion ends on December 19, 2025, and travel must be completed by that date.

Aruba properties are not included in this sale. A 5-night minimum stay is required. The 7-night, 2-tank boat dive package is available only at Divi Flamingo Beach Resort. The Package includes accommodations, 11 boat dives (including tanks, weights, and weight belts), unlimited shore diving, daily breakfast, round-trip airport transfers on Bonaire, a welcome cocktail, and complimentary wi-fi. Romance Packages: all-inclusive packages are not available at Divi Southwinds Beach Resort. At Divi Carina Bay and Oceans at Divi Carina Bay all-inclusive only are available.
