Does Divi Resorts have a pet policy and a service animal policy?
Guests: Divi Resorts will accept cancellations of hotel reservation up to the day of arrival when a guest's airline transportation has been interrupted due to inclement weather. Divi Resorts will not refund the guest deposit; however, the guest may apply the deposit toward a hotel stay within one year of the original date of arrival. Wholesale guests will need to contact the individual wholesaler for information.
Owners: Divi Resorts will accept cancellations of hotel and owner reservations up to the day of arrival when an owner's airline transportation has been interrupted due to inclement weather. The operating fee or deposit paid will not be refunded; however, the owner may apply the monies paid towards a future stay within one year of the original date of travel. There will be no fee charged; however, the 6-month booking window applies. Owner is responsible for any applicable difference in maintenance fees, seasonal upgrade fees, resort upgrade fees, and unit upgrade fees. If the owner fails to rebook new travel dates, all money paid will be forfeited. To avoid this, owner may choose to reserve a week and deposit with their Exchange Company thus allowing up to two years to travel. Divi Resorts recommends Divi Owners to purchase travel insurance through an outside source when reserving a week. This information does not apply to RCI Points Owners, RCI Weeks Owners, or Interval International inbounds. Please contact RCI and/or Interval International for their inclement weather policy.
