Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) card
The Aruba ED Card (Embarkation/Disembarkation) is mandatory for all individuals entering Aruba, including infants and children. It is necessary to complete and obtain approval for this document. To access the official ED Card page, kindly use the following link. It is important to note that some services may charge a fee to assist you with this process. While the decision to utilize such services is entirely yours, please note that it can quickly be completed independently within a few minutes. You can fill in the ED Card as early as seven days before you travel to Aruba. For helpful information on this card, please visit https://www.aruba.com/us/traveler-health-requirements/before-you-travel.
Starting July 1, 2024, Aruba will implement a $20 Sustainability Fee for visitors, charged through the online Embarkation & Disembarkation (ED) Card. The following persons are not required to pay this fee: residents, children under 8, repeat visitors who have already paid this fee to visit Aruba within the same calendar year, and Aruban students who can prove they are studying at a foreign educational institution and have been residents within the past 8 years.
If you are returning to or traveling back through the United States, please make sure to review this website https://www.aruba.com/us/traveler-health-requirements/before-you-return as you will clear immigration and customs in Aruba before boarding your plane. Please arrive at least 3 hours before departing to give yourself enough time to make your return flight.

When traveling to the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Citizens enjoy all the conveniences of domestic travel – including online check-in – making travel to St. Croix easier than ever. Please ensure you carry a valid picture I.D., such as a U.S. driver's license, as you will need this to get through security from your departing airport.
Entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens are the same as entering the United States from any foreign destination. Upon departure, a passport is required.
