If I purchased All-Inclusive at a participating Aruba resort and I am traveling BEFORE February 1, 2025, does my current all-inclusive package remain the same?

Yes. Whether you purchased an all-inclusive stay through www.diviresorts.com, the Divi Resorts’ Call Center, or a third-party provider and will be traveling BEFORE February 1, 2025, nothing changes. What you purchased will remain the same. Please refer to Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort or Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort.

If I purchased All-Inclusive at a participating Aruba Resort prior to November 18, 2024 and I am traveling AFTER February 1, 2025, what all-inclusive package will I receive?

Whether you purchased an all-inclusive stay through www.diviresorts.com, the Divi Resorts’ Call Center, or a third-party provider and will be traveling and AFTER February 1, 2025, you will be automatically upgraded to the MEGA All-Inclusive package when you check-in at no additional charge.

How do I choose between the Signature and MEGA plans when booking my vacation?

If you are making a reservation for either Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort or Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort through www.diviresorts.com, you’ll have the option to select either the Signature or MEGA all-inclusive package.

Tip: If you book through a third party provider, please check which all-inclusive package you will receive.

Can I upgrade from Signature to MEGA before arriving and checking in?

Yes! If you decide you’d like to upgrade before you travel and you booked through www.diviresorts.com or with our Divi Resorts Call Center, you can modify your reservation at any time online, contact our guest relations team via email reservations@diviresorts.com or by calling 800-367-3484 (Toll Free) or 919-419-3484 (International).

Tip: If you decide to upgrade, we suggest you make the change 72 hours prior to arrival.

Can I upgrade from Signature to MEGA at check-in or anytime during my stay?

Yes. You can upgrade from Signature to Mega All-Inclusive at any time, however, you cannot down grade from MEGA to Signature.

Is there a minimum number of days required to purchase either all-inclusive plan?

Yes, you are required to purchase a minimum of three consecutive days.

Are taxes, fees, and gratuities included in the price?

Yes, they are included. However, if you choose to recognize a staff member for exceptional service with an additional gratuity, it can be added to your check.

If I am traveling with a party of multiple people who booked individually on separate reservations and are staying in separate units, are we required to have the same all-inclusive package?

No, if you are staying in separate units on separate reservations you do not all need to be on the same package. However, guests staying in the same room are required to be on the same all-inclusive package.

What if I have multiple people/rooms booked on one reservation? 

Groups and families with multiple rooms on one reservation must be on the same All-Inclusive package.

Are all guests on a contracted group reservation required to have the same All-Inclusive plan?

Yes, all guests on a contracted group reservation are required to have the same all-inclusive package.

Can Divi Vacation Club Members and Timeshare Vacation Owners purchase Signature and/or Mega all-inclusive packages?

Yes, both Members and Owners have access to purchase either package. DVC Members should check their loyalty benefit tier for any discount that may apply.

Are daily activities included in the Signature and Mega All-Inclusive plan?

Yes, daily activities are included on both tiers. Signature all-inclusive guests have access to Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort and Divi Dutch Village activities only. Guests on the MEGA all-inclusive package have access to everything on the Signature package plus Tamarijn All-Inclusive and Divi Aruba All-Inclusive daily activities. You can ask the front desk or check our app for the current activity schedule.

Is golf included in the Signature and Mega All-Inclusive plan?

Yes, both packages include one complimentary 9-hole round of golf per day, per person at The Links at Divi Aruba, available from 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Reservations are required. Tee times can be booked up to two weeks in advance at www.divilinks.com. Tee times are based on availability and are subject to change without prior notice.

Will Signature guests have access to the fitness center and non-motorized water sports?

Yes, both all-inclusive packages offer access to the beachfront fitness center and our activity center where guests will find a variety of non-motorized water sports. The fitness center and activity center are located across the street from Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort and next to the Beach Bar. 

Can I use the pools or restaurants at neighboring resorts if I’m on the Signature plan?

No, Signature all-inclusive guests will only have access to the pools and restaurants at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort and Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort. For access to neighboring resorts, you’ll need to upgrade to the MEGA plan.

What happens if I’m staying at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort or Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort but visiting friends at the Tamarjin or Divi Aruba All-Inclusive?

If you’re on the Signature all-inclusive package, you will only have access to facilities at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort and Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort; you won’t be able to access the facilities at your friends’ resort unless you upgrade to MEGA.

Do I still have to sign checks in the F&B outlets if I’m on the Signature and/or Mega All-Inclusive Plan?

We require everyone on an all-inclusive package to sign for all meals and drinks so that additional charges, like incidentals and gratuities, will appear on your account and be paid at the end of your stay.
