HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Divi Resorts of Chapel Hill, NC has an opening for a talented Human Resources Manager. The position requires HR support for a 50-staff corporate office (but it is under a PEO). The broad goal of this position is development of the human resources of our 8 Caribbean Resorts. To accomplish this goal, you will work with Resort Operations and Resort HR Managers, to develop, implement and continually improve best business practices. This will include coordination of management and skills-training at the resort level, establishment and implementation of company-wide staffing policies and procedures, assistance with individual and departmental staff performance issues and coordination of resort level union negotiations. This is a challenging but interesting position that will require a combination of leadership, communication and general problem-solving skills. Prior managerial experience demonstrating leadership expertise is required. Requirements: A valid drivers license is required for conducting local business; valid passport for travel to the Caribbean is preferred.
